Ingredients – 100% pure Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil
The Ethically Harvested Lavender essential oil originates from Bulgaria. It’s extracted from the stalks and flowering tops of lavender plants using steam distillation to produce a thin and colourless essential oil.
Massage Blend – Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil, perfect for a relaxing bedtime massage.
Skin Blend – Add 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for a facial blend or up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil for use on the body. Beneficial for all skin types.
Bath Blend – Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths.
Inhalation – Useful as a facial steam, add 3 drops of Lavender to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Application not suitable for asthmatics, instead use in a diffuser.
