Lavender also has natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and healing properties, encouraging healthy cell renewal in the skin, great for soothing and restorative skin treatments for all skin types.
Its ability to relax the body can assist in the relief of headaches, period cramps and pains. When used in a massage blend, it can help ease digestive discomforts and provide relief for muscles and joints. Lavender can also provide support for the body when dealing with colds and flu.
Lavender essential oil has also been used as a bug repellent for hundreds of years, with evidence suggesting it can deter household pests such as flies, moths and bed bugs.
